Lothian and Borders Volleyball Association are running a Mixed 2v2 Beach Volleyball Tournament on Sunday 13th December, to try and help volleyball enthusiasts in this tough time keep upbeat and enjoy a bit of friendly competition.
The tournament will take place at Portobello Beach and will be a 12 team mixed competition (Single sex female teams may enter too). Please note that the tournament will take place next to Noble Amusements. The best place to park is at Bridge Street. There are public toilets next to the courts which are open from 11am. The deadline for entries is Friday 11th December at 5pm.
Please note: Due to current Government travel restrictions, only players from the Lothian Health Board region may participate in this tournament.
The format of the competition will be determined by the number of entries.
10am – 3.30pm
To enter the competition, there will be an entry fee of £12 per team.
The tournament will be based on a first come first served basis. All seedings will be based on a random draw.
After receipt of entry, your team will receive detailed information of our COVID guidance to ensure the tournament is safe for all participants.
